ABN AMRO Corporate Finance is a leading strategic and financial advisor offering a full range of investment banking services. The department is headquartered at the Amsterdam Zuidas and is split into two sector-agnostic teams (M&A Execution and Capital Structuring & Advisory), as well as several M&A sector teams.

These sector teams focus on three transition themes: New Energies, Digital & Consumer and Mobility & Manufacturing, whilst servicing clients in segments such as Financial Institutions and Shipping as well. Our team of around 80 colleagues supports our clients daily with strategic and financial advice.
